Deliver the Asset Kit and Run the Final Review
Collect images, the short-shot plan, prompts, sources, and decisions into a versioned package, then rehearse approval and withdrawal.
Today's Goals
- Trace each asset from brief to review decision
- Let a new owner independently check specifications, rights, and open issues
- Document pause and replacement steps for withdrawn permission or changed facts
Plain-Language Walkthrough
A polished file is not a released file
HL-26 now has a brief, rights ledger, prompt log, candidate decisions, edit map, and single-shot review. The final question is whether another person can receive the package, understand what each item is, and decide what may be used. D5 does not ask you to create a public campaign or pretend that any fictional asset was generated in Firefly. It asks for an auditable delivery package. The fictional final candidates are S2, a square tile; W2, a wide banner; and V2, a silent clip. They are records in the offline workbook, not actual media files. Each must point back to the approved message, a versioned recipe, input references, review notes, and a named owner.
A delivery manifest is a table of decisions rather than a folder listing. For each asset, record ID, version, intended channel, dimensions or format as actually required by the receiving team, source candidate, edit history, prompt or shot card, input rights, factual-copy status, accessibility or typography review, reviewer, and decision. Avoid inventing universal pixel dimensions or current Firefly export capabilities. The receiving team can add the real channel specification when it is known. A file named “final-final.png” tells a colleague none of the facts needed to verify or withdraw it. A stable ID and a clear status do.
The release gate contains independent checks. The visual reviewer can say that S2 looks coherent. The layout editor may still have to verify its headline safe area. The factual owner must approve the event date and venue before copy is placed. The rights owner must confirm that every referenced input covers the intended external use. For V2, the motion reviewer must inspect the whole clip, including the ending. A single missing gate yields hold, not a mathematical average. This is how a team avoids confusing attractive work with authorized work.
