  2. Plan observable camera movement and frame continuity
  3. Set accept, revise, and stop conditions for a generated clip

Plain-Language Walkthrough

Treat motion as another kind of claim

A static image can imply a community activity. A moving clip can additionally imply that a particular place, person, sequence, or atmosphere was recorded. HL-26 has no real event footage and no confirmed venue, so the teaser must remain an abstract, silent paper-craft visual. D4 designs one short shot, not a drama production. There is no script, actor likeness, voiceover, music, multi-shot edit, or publishing workflow here. The point is to extend the approved visual system into motion while preserving the same rights and factual boundary.

A shot card is the video counterpart of a still-image brief. It states one intended viewer takeaway, one scene, one camera movement, the opening frame, the central action, the closing frame, text-safe space, and stop conditions. For this commission, the takeaway is “neighbors make art together.” The scene is the deep-teal art table with cream paper forms and a coral lantern. A slow push toward a shared arrangement may convey invitation. The camera should not suddenly jump to a crowd, a market, or a real-looking location. The clip is silent so no voice, music, or sound rights enter this exercise.

The prompt should describe observable spatial relationships and motion rather than mood alone. “Warm, inspiring art festival video” gives a generator too much room to invent signage and people. “One continuous slow push toward an empty paper-craft table; coral lantern stays at left; cream center remains clear for later typography; no cuts, faces, readable lettering, marks, or venue cues” is reviewable. It still is not a guarantee. The reviewer must inspect actual frames if a clip is generated. If no account is available, the fictional frame sheet provides the required material for the same decision practice.
